1 (8oz.) cream cheese
1 (12oz.) Cool Whip
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp.Peppermint (make sure it's peppermint)
1 c. powdered sugar
green food coloring
1 Jell-o No Bake Chocolate Silk Pie

Directions:
Directions:
Make crust for the pie from Jell-o no bake crust mix. Make the chocolate pie filling and set aside. Make mint mixture by mixing cream cheese, Cool Whip, vanilla, peppermint, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and add green food coloring. Spoon 1/2 of the mint mixture into the crust. Add a layer of chocolate pie filling. Add remaining mint and spread smoothly. Grate chocolate on top and chill in refrigerator.
