1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar

3 eggs
2 c. raw zucchini, grated

3 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar and oil. Add other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 325º for 1 hour.
