1 pound well-trimmed pork tenderloin cut in 1-inch chunks
1 (16oz) jar thick chunky salsa
3 (15oz) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c fat-free chicken broth
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 t ground cumin
2 t chili powder
1 t dried oregano
fat-free sour cream
fritos
cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients except the sour cream. Mix well and cover; cook on low 8 hours or until pork is tender. Serve with sour cream, fritos, and cheese.
