2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3c. Shredded carrots
( about 9 carrots)
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs

Directions:
Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add carrots, oil, and eggs. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 325º for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center and comes out clean. Coolthoroughly placed on wire rack. Frost with cream chees frosting and enjoy.
