1 box German chocolate cake mix, 2/3 cup melted margarine,2/3 cup pet milk, 1-14 oz. Kraft caramels, 1- 12 oz, chocolate chips

Directions:
Mix cake mix, margarine and 1/3 of pet milk. Pour half into 9x13 pan. bake for 10 minutes@ 350º Put caramels and 1/3 of pet milk in microwave until melted. Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot brownies. Pour melted caramels over chocolate chips. Pour other half of mix over caramels
