1 cup boiling water, 1 cup butter, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 21/2 pkg. dry yeast, 1 cup warm water, 2 eggs, 6 cups flour

Icing: butter and cinnamon/sugar mixture

Directions:
Soften butter, add sugar and salt, then pour water over top and mix well. Let sit until cool.

Put yeast in warm water and beat in eggs.

Add yeast mixture to butter mixture and use dough hooks on mixer and slowly add flour. Dough will be sticky and form into a ball.

Spread butter lightly in large bowl and put dough in fridge covered over night. Roll dough out in large circle 1/4 inch thick. Spread butter generously on flat dough and sprinkle heavily with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and cut into 1 inch circles with thread. Bake 425º for 12- 15 minutes

This recipe is also for homemade rolls. Follow all directions except cut circles with biscuit cutter and dip in butter and fold. Put in 9x13 pan and Bake @ 375 for 10- 12 minutes
