1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp. margarine
1 lb. processed cheese (Velveeta), cubed
10 ounces chopped broccoli (or spinach), thawed and drained
few drops hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery, red pepper, onion and margarine in skillet over. medium heat, stirring constantly until tender. Reduce heat to low.
Add cheese stir until melted.
Stir in broccoli and hot sauce. Heat thoroughly, stirring constantly.
Serve hot with veggies and crackers.

I like to serve this in a hollowed out bread with toasted bread chunks. Even people that are not fond of broccoli love this dip!
