Flank steak
oil
garlic clove, 2
salt and pepper
1 hard boiled egg
Swiss cheese, grated
Dried parsley
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 can tomato sauce
string

Directions:
Directions:
Pound steak---you will roll across the grain to make a long roll.
Squeeze or chop very fine 2 cloves garlic. Brush steak with oil then add garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
Layer 2 hard boiled egg slices across the middle.
Grate swiss cheese on top, add a little dried parsley on top and sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese on top.
Roll and tie with string that has been soaked in water.
Brown well on all sides with oil. Add 1 can tomato sauce to covered casserole and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
