1c. shredded cooked chicken
1c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2c. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1/4c. diced green chiles, rinsed and drained
4 (9-inch) flour tortillas, heated
Salsa and guacamole (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, cheese, dressing and chiles in a medium bowl. Place about 1/2 cup chicken mixture on each tortilla; fold in half. Place quesadillas on a baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF. for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into thirds, if desired. Serve with salsa and guacamole, if desired.

To quickly heat tortillas, stack and wrap them loosely in waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH for about 25 seconds for 4 tortillas.
