4 egg whites
1 C. sugar
1 roll Ritz cracker
3/4 C. nuts
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat 4 egg whites stiff and add 1 c. sugar and beat. Add 1 roll Ritz cracker crumbs, nuts and vanilla. Bake in a 325º oven for 25 minutes Top with whipped cream and coconut.
