1 16 oz bag frozen spinach, thawed
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup light Hellman’s mayonnaise
½ cup light sour cream
8 oz light cream cheese
8 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach, squeeze water out of spinach. Mix together all ingredients. Place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 deg. for about 30 minutes or until bubbly in center. Serve with tortilla chips.
