1 lb. ground pork or cooked chopped shrimp
2 lbs. shredded cabbage
1 c. diced green onion
1 tsp. corn starch
1 tsp. 5 spice
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. soysauce
2 pkg egg roll skins

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry meat in 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, make a paste with 1 tsp. corn starch and 4 Tbsp. water, slowly mix into meat to make a gravy. Remove and set aside. Add 1 Tbsp oil to pan, stir fry cabbage, then add onion, salt and soy sauce. Place in bowl with meat mixture and stir.
Follow rolling directions on egg roll skins pkg for rolling.
Make a paste to stick the ends of the skins by using an egg.
Fry in oil till golden brown and serve.
