Ingredients:  
1 (7 oz.) jar small olives
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
9 slices whole wheat bread

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop enough olives to make 1/2 cup. Mash cream cheese until smooth. Add olives and nuts. Trim crust from bread and flatten. Spread each slice with cheese mixture. Roll jelly roll style. Chill in refrigerator overnight and slice.
