2 lb ground beef
2 (15 oz.) rinsed and drained cans of kidney beans
2-4 tbs. chili powder or 1 env. chili seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt (omit if using seasoning pkt)
4 10 oz cans rotel
(if no rotel- use 2 (1 lb) can tomatoes, 1 lg. chopped pepper and 1 lg. chopped onion)
16 oz velveeta for cheesy chili

Brown beef with 1/2 can rotel, then heat with all other ingredients stirred up in a big pot. or brown beef with the rotel and put all ingredients in a crockpot for 3-4 hours on high.
