1 c. margarine
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
hard candies such as lifesavers©

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients, then add flour, soda and salt. Chill over night. Roll out dough on wax paper and cut out shapes. Make holes in each cookie for windows. Place on a well greased cookie sheet and fill holes with crushed candies or 1 whole lifesaver©. Bake at 350º for 7-8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, then remove from cookie sheet.
