1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. applesauce
1/2 c. water
egg sub. for 2 eggs
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
(or 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon plus)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease or spray two bread pans and sprinkle with flour. Mix 1st 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix dry ingredients in a separate medium bowl. Gradually add flour mix to the pumpkin mix. Pour into pans and bake for 40-60 minutes. Check periodically with a cake tester or toothpick. Your bread is done when the tester comes out clean.
