Ingredients:  
Saltine crackers
2 sticks butter or margerine
1C brown sugar
1-12oz. pkg chocolate chips
pecan pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Line a cookie sheet with foil.
Line foil with crackers (close)
In sauce pan bring butter and brown sugar to a boil (will look frothy)
Pour mixture over crackers
Bake in 350 degree oven 8 minutes
Turn off oven
Remove pan from oven and pour chocolate chips over baked ingredients
Put back in oven 1 min. to melt chips
Spread chips and sprinkle pecan pieces over top.
Refrigerate
