1 can(15 or 16oz,) Red Sockeye salmon
1 egg
1/2C minced onion
1/2C flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon,set aside 2Tbls. juice.
Mix salmon, egg and onion until sticky.
Stir in flour, add baking powder to reserved juice
Stir into salmon mixture, form into small patties and fry in oil until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
