3 -4 lb. pork butt
3 T. coarse salt
2 T. hickory smoke seasoning (liquid smoke)
Cabbage leaves
Foil

Directions:
Wash and pat pork dry. Rub with salt. Place pork on cabbage leaves (fat side up), pour liquid smoke over top. Cover completely with cabbage. Wrap completely in foil (liquid tight). Place in a pan and bake at 300º for 5 -6 hours.

Hint: The lower the temp. and longer the cooking time, the better the taste. You may want to play with the measurements according to personal tastes.
