1 large sweet onion, 1/2 inch slices
2 T. olive oil
salt & freshly ground black pepper
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup buttermilk
2 t. Tabasco
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
12 ounces blue cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Place the onion slices, into a bowl. Add the olive oil, salt & pepper to taste. Toss to coat. Cook in a grill pan on medium til transparent, about 5-7 minutes. Remove & allow to cool. Chop into bite sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, buttermilk, hot sauce & Worcestershire, whisk til well blended. Add blue cheese & fold in grilled onions. Check for seasoning. Refrigerate til ready to use.
