1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 T. olive oil
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all the ingredients together. Put dough on a lightly floured surface and roll out. Cut into biscuits with a glass. Put on a cookie sheet sprayed with non stick oil and bake at 425º oven for 9-11 minutes. Serve warm.

I included this recipe because it uses oil instead of shortening, since I don't use shortening. It works great and my family loves them.
