1 package Lentil Soup mix
2 quarts water
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onions

Directions:

In a large stockpot, combine Lentil Soup Mix and water. Bring to a boil, and add vegetables. Simmer the souppartially covered for 2 hours, or until the lentils are soft.

When we sampled this mix most people thought it was a bit bland. I would add ham to this recipe.
