3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. beef bouillon
2 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. pepper-divided into 2
2 1/4 c. milk
1 can chicken broth
1 lb. polish sausage-chopped into little pieces.
2 eggs
1 12 oz. small curd cottage cheese
Lasagna noodles
1 16 oz. jar sauerkraut(rinsed, squeezed and drained)
2 c. mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350º. In saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, bouillon and onion salt until smooth. Gradually stir in milk and broth. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add sausage. Combine eggs, cottage cheese and pepper. Spread 1 c. sausage mixture into 9 x 13 greased pan. Layer with lasagna noodles, 1/3 of sausage mixture, half of cottage cheese mixture and sauerkraut, 3/4 c. of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Top with noodles and sausage mixture. Cover and bake for 50-60 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 5 minutes longer
