1 18 oz. box white cake mix
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 cup water
1/8 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla (clear)
1 tsp almond extract (clear)
1 cup sour cream
4 large egg whites (room temp.)

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly coat bottom of pan with cooking spray. Mix ingredients together and bake according to pan times on box. 32 - 35 minutes for two 8-inch round pans. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't overcook. You can check it with a toothpick.
