1 1/2 cup self-rising cornmeal
2 T. chopped green pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 c. cream style corn
2/3 c. salad oil
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Grease iron skillet, heat while mixing ingredients. Mix together the moist ingredients. Combine the dry ingredients, then mix all ingredients. Put half of mixture in hot skillet, add half of cheese, then other half of mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
