For each Idaho potato:
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. fresh herbs, chopped (I use rosemary, parsley, and thyme)
1 tsp. kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the potatoes and prick all over with a fork. Place on a square of foil and drizzle with olive oil, then herbs and salt. Rub all over potato and wrap in foil.
Place on a hot grill for 45 minutes - 1 hour, depending on size, turning once with tongs.
