1/4 tsp DRY MUSTARD
1 tbsp CHIVES

BOIL EGGS.
SLICE AND REMOVE YOLKS GENTLY. THEN MASH YOLKS AND GENTLY FOLD IN MAYO, DRY MUSTARD & CHIVES.
WITH A TEASPOON SCOOP MIXTURE INTO SLICED EGGS.
CHILL AND SERVE!
