9 c. Chex cereal
1/4 c. butter
1 c. semi-sweet choc chips
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
In a large bowl, pour the cereal; set aside. In a 1 qt. bowl combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal and stir until each piece is covered with the chocolate mixture.
Pour powdered sugar into a plastic bag that seals. Pour in cereal mix, seal bag, shake. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
