1 t. monosodium glutamate
1/2 c. mushrooms, diced
3 T. soy sauce
4 c. cooked rice
6 T. oil
1 chicken breast, cooked
3 eggs, slightly beaten
and diced
1/3 c. bean sprouts
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix monosodium glutamate and soy sauce together and set aside. Heat skillet; add 2 T. oil. Turn heat to medium and add eggs, stirring lightly. Remove from pan while still soft and set aside. Heat pan again. Add 2 T. oil, sprouts and mushrooms. Stir fry for one minute and remove; put in strainer and set aside. Wash and reheat pan until hot. Add final 2 T. oil and turn heat to medium. Add rice and chicken, stir frying for one minute. Add MSG-soy sauce mixture and all other ingredients. Continue stirring until mixed well.
