6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 stick margarine, melted
1 & 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese (the shaker kind)
1/2 t. ground black pepper

Ragu or Prego sauce for a sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt & pepper. Melt butter & dip chicken breast in it, then dip in the bread crumbs. Place them in a glass baking dish. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 45 min - 1 hr. (depending on your oven). Heat a little pasta sauce from a jar (any flavor you like). When the chicken comes out of the oven, spoon a little over each piece to make it look pretty.

If you don't want to make a lot, you can easily adjust this recipe for the number you want to make.
If you don't have bread crumbs on hand, you can just smash up some croutons to use.
