3/4 cup yellow grits, uncooked
2 eggs, beaten with 1 cup of milk
1 - 5 oz. roll of Kraft garlic cheese (dairy section)
1/2 cup margarine
salt & pepper to taste
Tabasco sauce (optional)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits per package directions. Add margarine & garlic cheese to hot grits & stir til melted. Stir in eggs & milk mixture, & salt, pepper to taste. If you want a little kick, add some splashes of Tabasco. Place in a buttered glass baking dish & bake @ 350 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the grated cheddar on top.
