2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
4 whole eggs
1 & 1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 pkg. (10 oz) miniature marshmallows
1/3 cup Hershey cocoa (the dry kind)
1/4 t. salt
3 t. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Icing:
1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick butter
6 T. Hershey cocoa
4 T. milk
2 t. vanilla extract

Directions:

Sift flour, cocoa & salt together & set aside. Cream sugar & butter, add eggs; Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture & mix well. Add vanilla & nuts. Pour into greased & floured 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake for 35 minutes @ 300. Remove from oven & pour marshmallows over the top while cake is hot. Return to the oven & bake @ 350 for 10 minutes. Let cake cool. Make the icing & spread over cake after it is cooled.
