1 - 7.5 oz. Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits
1 - 12.5 oz. can, cooked chicken breast, drained
1 - 10 3/4 oz.can, 98% fat free Cream of Chicken Soup
1 - 8.5 oz can, peas and carrots drained
1 tsp parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl, combine ingredients 2 - 6. Mix well. Spray a 8x8 pan with a non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan. Slightly flatten biscuits between palms and place on top of mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
