Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe

4 boneless chicken breasts
2 eggs whites
20 oz. can chunk pineapple
1 green pepper
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup

Cube your chicken. Combine the flour, garlic, salt and pepper into a ziploc bag. Dip chicken in egg whites and then put into flour mixture and coat completely. Heat oil in frying pan and brown chicken. Combine sugar, corn starch, vinegar, and ketchup in saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add pineapple with juices to sauce and bring to a boil again. Combine chicken and sauce in a 9 by 13 pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350. After 20 minutes add in the chunked green pepper and stir. Serve with rice.
