2 heads Romaine lettuce
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1 pint strawberries, sliced
½ cup walnuts or almonds

Dressing:
1 cup vegetable oil
½ cup red wine vinegar
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¾ cup sugar
2 tsp. minced garlic

Blend dressing ingredients in blender. Toss together salad and add dressing before serving.
