2 cups of flour
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup of oil
¾ cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix together sugar, eggs, oil, and milk. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just moistened. Spoon into greased muffin tin. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
