2 avocados
3 tbsp. lemon juice
pinch of salt
1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco mix
1 can refried beans
4-5 green onions, chopped fine
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
3 small cans sliced black olives
2 cups shredded Sharpe Cheddar cheese
1 large bag tortilla chips for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Mash and mix the avocados, lemon juice and salt. Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Layer ingredients in this order by spreading out on serving platter: 1. Refried beans, 2. Avocado mix, 3. Sour cream mix, 4. Cheese, 5. Tomatoes, 6. Onions, 7. Olives. Chill for 4-5 hours. Serve with chips on the side for dipping.

Possible variations: Cook ½ lb. ground beef and add to refried beans. Add one can diced green chilies to the refried beans. Add a layer of shredded lettuce after the cheese.
