Ingredients:  
4 chicken breasts, cut in large strips
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbs. water
2 Tbs. soy sauce
salt/pepper
flour
1/3 C sesame seeds

Sauce:
1/4 C butter, melted
4 Tbs. flour
1 can chicken bouillon (10.5 oz)
2 Tbs. fresh parsley
1/2 C sour cream
salt/pepper
4 oz can sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, water, soy sauce, salt/pepper. Dip chicken in flour and then into egg mixture. Place in 15x10 pan with melted butter. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with sesame seeds. Turn to coat other side with butter. Bake uncovered 400 for 30-40 min.

Sauce: Combine melted butter and flour till smooth. Stir in bouillon, parsley, sour cream, salt/pepper, and mushrooms. Thicken over heat. Serve over chicken.
