1-1/2 cups apple juice
1 tablespoons molasses
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/4 cup Calvados, applejack, or other brandy
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, boil the apple juice until reduced to 1/2 cup. Add the remaining ingredients and return to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until reduced to 3/4 cup, about 3 min.
