This is a recipe to my famous noodles! They really do taste
great even if it doesn't sound like it - amazing for late nights
when your hungry.

What you need:

1 Saucepot to cook noodles in
1 Wok (or frying pan if you don't have one)

Prepare your food! Have the sausages cut up into nice slices,
not too thin, not too thick. Have the sauces ready (ketchup,
soy sauce etc.).

Start by boiling the two packets of instant noodles, until
cooked. Add the powdered satchets to give them more
flavour. Once cooked, use a spaghetti drainer and drain them
off - leave a bit of the water in the pot.

During the cooking, you should have had the wok/frying pan
on a low heat, to get it warmed up. Add a tiny bit of olive oil to
it. Now, add your cut up sausages and watch them sizzle
away! Wait until they have browned slightly, and then throw in
the drained noodles. Add the tiny bit of water left in the pot to
keep the noodles from sticking too much - if you added too
much let it reduce. Add ketchup until the red colour comes
through, and you have the slight ketchup taste. Add hot sauce
to your liking, some soy sauce and as an option, add some
beer (both alcoholic or non alocholic works as well as each
other) - this adds a nice kick.

Stir this around for a while, not for too long otherwise the
noodles may become too soft. Now, all you have to do is add
it to a huge ramen bowl! AND VOILA! Its ready!

Good Luck cleaning the Wok :)

P.S. This was my main snack while watching the whole of The
O.C.
