1/4 Cup Nonfat Dry Milk
1/4 Cup Ice Water
1 Cup Raisins
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Margarine
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Twin or Brown Sugar Splenda
1 Egg
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Rolled Oats

Whip dry milk with ice water for 4-5 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Boil raisins in water for 2 minutes. Drain, reserving liquid. Combine margarine, brown sugar, egg and vanilla; beat for 1 minute at medium speed. Sift together dry ingredients. Add liquid from raisins. Add to egg mixture; beat for 2 minutes at low speed. Fold in rolled oats and raisins. Fold in rolled oats and raisins. Fold in whipped dry milk. Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 15 to 20 minutes.
