5 lbs. Potatoes
milk
1/2 Stick Butter
Garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
1 heaping Tbsp. Sour Cream
Chopped green onion (as much as desired)
Grated Colby or Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and mash as you would for making mashed potatoes. Add butter, milk, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Softened cream cheese, sour cream and beat all with mixer. Fold in chopped green onions. Place in 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 5 minutes longer.
