57 grs. (2 oz.) de queso Cheddar rallado mediano
3 huevos duros, pelados y cortados en cuartos
¼ taza de Salsa “Mornay” ver receta
sal y pimienta recién molida
páprika

Directions:
Directions:
En el tazón de la procesadora con la cuchilla de metal en posición, echar los huevos ya picados toscamente prendiendo y apagando el motor varias veces. Añadir la Salsa Mornay y sal y pimienta al gusto.
Prender y apagar el motor (pulsear) sólo hasta que se incorpore la salsa. Untar las galletas o pancitos tostados clarito y salpicar encima una capa guesa de queso y espolvorear páprika.
Dorar ligeramente bajo el broiler.
