1 cucharada de mantequilla
1 cucharada de harina
½ taza de leche caliente
3 cucharadas de queso parmesano o Gruyere rallado
sal, pimienta y nuez moscada

Directions:
Directions:
Derretir a fuego suave la mantequilla en cacerolita o sartén gruesa. Mezclarle la harina (como un “roux” claro) y gradualmente irle añadiendo la leche y continuar cociendo a fuego suave moviendo constantemente hasta que la mezcla espese y rompa el hervor. Retirar del fuego y dejar enfriar por 5 min. Añadirle el queso y sazonar al gusto.
