6 medium green bell peppers
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup hopped onion
2 slices bread, toasted and cubed
2 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
2oz can chopped mushrooms, drained
2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops from Bell peppers, remove seed & membrane. In
skillet with no added fat, brown meat, turning to chunks.
Drain and discard fat from pan. Mix meat with onion, bread
cubes, half of mozzarella, mushrooms tomatoes,
Worcestershire and salt. Spoon mixture into peppers. Place
peppers into nonstick baking dish. Bake covered at 350º for
25 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella
cheese. Bake 5 to 10 minutes more, until cheese topping
melts.
