1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 T. oil
2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 c. water

Directions:
On stove top, mix ingredients together and cook on low to medium heat, add food coloring of choice. Once well blended, pull off stove. Let it cool slightly and then knead dough to ensure color through-out the dough. Store in air-tight containers.
