2 Cups diced apples
1/2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1 Cup Celery, sliced
1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle diced apples with sugar and lemon juice. Add celery and nuts. Fold mayonnaise into whipped cream; gently add to apples. Chill and serve on a bed of lettuce. Note: any of the following may be added to the mixed madness.
1/2 Cup Oranges, Seedless Grapes, 1 Cup Chopped Lettuce, 1/4 Cup Maraschino Cherries, 1/2 Cup Pineapple, 1/2 Cup Raisins or Dates, or 1/2 Cup Mandarin Oranges.
