1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup red onion cut in thin strips
5 cloves minsed garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp majoram
15 oz whole tomatoes
15 oz cannellini beans - drained
4 oz feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil. Add onion and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes. Add spices, tomatoes and beans. Saute for 2 minutes then remove from heat. Add feta cheese, lemon juice and zest. Let sit 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over pasta.
