Okra
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
2-3 slices of bacon, diced
Canned tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ends off of okra and cut okra into cross-wise slices.

Saute bacon, onion, and bell pepper until vegetables are soft. Add okra, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and some water. Cover and cook until okra is tender. Uncover to cook down if too watery.
