1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic
Olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp. pesto
1/4 c. dry white wine
Parmesan cheese

Saute peppers, onion and garlic. Add wine, pesto, lime juice and cilantro. Toss with cooked and drained pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
